30 years of CKT-Ökoplast GmbH – we celebrated this anniversary on August 5, 2025, with many customers, suppliers, friends, and partners who have accompanied and supported the company since its founding. Based on 12 rules for success that medium-sized businesses should implement daily, we reviewed the past three decades.
Then the big moment arrived: The previous shareholders symbolically passed the baton to the new owner and managing director, Erik Sänger. He has been active in the plastics industry for many years and has the best qualifications to lead our company's steady development over the next 30 years.
CKT Ökoplast will continue to be a pioneer in climate-neutral production. To achieve this, the new management will work with employees, customers, and suppliers in a spirit of trust and honesty. A number of subjective and objective hurdles still need to be overcome before biopolymers or recycled materials can be used on a large scale.
